Large Projects

Large Projects are also supported. These include

  • Feeding and Education programmes in Sudan
  • Medical projects (e.g. Leprosy and TB clinics in India)
  • Aid for Sudanese Refugees
  • Water Tanks in Grenada

    • Money for these comes from centrally held funds

    How can a Conference support this work?

    Simply by sending contributions to the Central Council Twinnage Representative, stating that the money is for ‘Twinnage Reserve’.

    The photograph below is taken during the construction of one of the water tanks in the Caribean island of Carriacou funded by a large Twinnage Project. Note: Carriacou relies on captured rain water to provide water during the drier seasons as there are no springs or rivers.
